High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Xerochrysum subundulatum is a flowering plant in the family Asteraceae, native to Australia, growing in Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. It is an ascending or erect annual. The plant normally grows to about 60 cm in height, and is usually simple or few-branched. Inflorescence bracts are papery and golden-yellow in colour. The flowering plants (angiosperms), also known as Angiospermae or Magnoliophyta, are the most diverse group of land plants. Together with gymnosperms, they are the only extant groups of seed-producing plants, but they can be distinguished from the gymnosperms by a series of synapomorphies (derived characteristics).
