High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Xesus Ferro Ruibal (Morana, 1944) is a theologian, Latinist and writer from Galicia. He is a member of the Real Academia Galega and he helped translate Bible to Galician. He works nowadays in a phraseology project of Centro Ramon Pineiro para a Investigacion en Humanidades, where he publishes his logs often. Galicia is an autonomous community and historic region in northwest Spain, with the status of a historic nationality, and descends from one of the first kingdoms of Europe, the Kingdom of Galicia. It is constituted under the Galician Statute of Autonomy of 1981.
