During World War 2 she attended Architecture Department of National Central University in Chongqing (Central University renamed Nanjing University in 1949, and in 1962 reactivated in Taiwan). In 1949 she entered the Taiwan Rail Bureau. She Took charge of the Department of General Logistics and Engineering as an assistant engineer. In 1965 she took charge of Yangmingshan's Chung-Shan Building as Designer and consequently achieved a Taiwanese Architecture prize of Taiwan's first female architect.
