Xosse de Sade lives in Monterrey, Mexico since 1972 although he was originally from Orizaba, Veracruz. He was always passionate about art and in 1966 he became a full time painter. He has exhibited widely in Mexico and abroad earning recognition as one of the best young Latin Artists. Among his most prestigious awards he earner a second place prize at the Brownsville International Art Show in 1974 and first prize at the Concurso Annual de Arte Vitro in 1981.
