The tour is set to encompass most of Europe, Australasia and North America. The band have also supported many bands such as Florence + The Machine, Friendly Fires, Jack Penate and The Big Pink. The xx are a Mercury Music Prize nominated indie rock band from London, England. The band was formed in 2005. the group was originally a four-piece band, that met up at Elliott School, notable for alumni including Hot Chip, Burial and Four Tet. The XX became a trio when their keyboardist Baria Qureshi left the group in late 2009.
