Currently, YAGO knows over two million entities such as persons, organizations and cities and about twenty million facts about these entities. A web interface allows users to pose questions to YAGO in the form of queries on the YAGO homepage. YAGO is being developed at the Max Planck Institute for Computer Science. YAGO is automatically extracted from Wikipedia and uses WordNet to structure information. A knowledge base (abbreviated KB, kb or ? is a special kind of database for knowledge management, providing the means for the computerized collection, organization, and retrieval of knowledge. Also a collection of data representing related experiences, their results are related to their problems and solutions.
