High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The York Technology Association was established in 1983 as an economic development community supporting the growth of technology companies in the greater Toronto Region. The Association has evolved into a cluster of economic activity, drawing together technology and key service companies supporting sustained economic development. The YTA draws its members from the Region considered to be at the centre-point of Canada's most economically active technology corridor according to the independent Branhan 300 list of technology companies. The YTA provides a connection to more than 5,000 leaders and influencers of the technology cluster in the Greater Toronto Region in Ontario, Canada. The goal for the YTA is a simple one: to foster a healthy eco-system of inter-related executives, companies, technologies and services to build sustainable business success. A not-for-profit group, the YTA is a member-driven community offering peer collaboration, innovation, education and economic development opportunity key to technology businesses and their people.
