High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Jeffery Bailey, Jr. (born August 26, 1988), better known as Young Spiffy, is an African American hip hop artist from St. Louis, Missouri. He records for his own label, TMG. Young Spiffy signed with D2 Records as a youth. When he was sixteen, he decided to leave the label and start his own, TMG. His cousin is the rapper Chingy, and in 2006 Young Spiffy made a guest appearance on his album Hoodstar, in the song "Ass n da Aurr". Not long after, Chingy signed him as the first artist on his vanity label, Slot-a-Lot. He toured with Chingy, performing live with him on stage and on shows like Last Call with Carson Daly and The Tyra Banks Show. In 2007 Young Spiffy was named the best MySpace rapper in Missouri by Vibe. The video for his single "Arrogant" was named music video of the week on the World Star Hip Hop website.
