The Isle of Man Data Protection Supervisor (Manx: Oik Oaseir Coadey Fysseree) is responsible for the administration of data protection in the Isle of Man under the Data Protection Act 2002 (an Act of Tynwald). The office was originally created as the Isle of Man Data Protection Registrar by the Data Protection Act 1986. The present holder is Mr Iain McDonald, who is in his second 5-year term, having been initially appointed in January 2003. The Office is funded by the Treasury, but is independent of the Isle of Man Government.

The British objective was to capture supplies and equipment from the U.S. military store depot at Black Rock, New York. The raid was a success but the British force suffered substantial casualties as they returned to their landing-point.

The pact was signed in 39 BC between Sextus Pompeius and the members of the Second Triumvirate. The triumvirs allowed Sextus Pompeius to retain his control of Sicily and Sardinia and also granted him control of Corsica and the Peloponnesus. They also promised him a future augurate and consulship. In exchange, Pompeius agreed to end his blockade of Italy, supply Rome with grain, and halt his piracy.

He was part-owner of the Detroit Tigers in Major League Baseball from 1919 to 1935, and then sole owner from 1935 to his death in 1952. Briggs also helped found the Detroit Zoo in 1928, and personally paid for many of its first exhibits. He was also a patron of Eastern Michigan University and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
